City Star Lebanon is a comprehensive mixed-use development delivered end-to-end by Cipher -- from architectural design through full contracting execution.
The retail floor plates were entirely redesigned to maximise footfall circulation, with new escalator connections, custom stand layouts, dedicated service zones and new staircase structures. Saw-cutting of existing slabs allowed the circulation core to be reorganised without structural interruption. The project demonstrates Cipher's capacity to manage complex programmes and deliver large-scale interior transformations within live commercial environments.
