Les Arcades

Main villa elevation -- arched openings and contemporary massing

Les Arcades takes its conceptual cue from the arcade -- a form rooted in both Levantine vernacular and classical European urban tradition.

Here the typology is reinterpreted as a contemporary residential edge: arched openings at ground level frame a shaded walkway, while the upper floors resolve into a clean geometric elevation that respects its neighbourhood while clearly belonging to the present. The boundary treatment and landscaping develop the same formal language, extending the building's architectural character into the public realm.
